Achievements

  • Created an Orientation and Onboarding Program to attract and maintain top talent. Program created buy-in to the organization, showed how the mission, vision, and values come to life in the organization, and ensured support for the new hires for the first 90 days.
  • Equipped all managers with an Employee Recognition toolkit for handing out staff appreciation awards. The toolkit provided uniformity and scale for efficiency, and the human connection needed to make awards significant for employees.
  • Developed, managed, and streamlines department wide focused processes related to the lifecycle of remote team members including recruiting, retention, engagement, performance management and coaching consistent with the culture of the organization.
  • Launched well received program for professional and personal development courses for frontline staff.
