Hi, I'm Christina! I earned my PhD in Developmental Psychology from UCLA and BA in Psychology from Northwestern University; after my PhD, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I'm a quantitative social scientist with content expertise in learning and education. I use diverse methods in my work, including experimental and quasi-experimental research designs as well as small- and large-scale surveys.
Currently, I am a senior research scientist at IXL Learning. My work at IXL is informed by learning theory and examines how educational technology impacts student achievement, especially in the context of remote learning and the COVID-19 pandemic.
