A paper that I worked on for 1 year (starting at Jan 2008) has finally been accepted for publication in IEEE Transaction of Communication. The Title of the paper is "The TOA-Distribution of Wireless Multipaths Between an Omni-Directional Transceiver & a Possibly Mis-Oriented Directional Transceiver".
