Functional Thin Films and Emergent Devices Team in CINT
The Functional Thin Films and Emergent Devices Team is led by Dr. Aiping Chen at Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT), Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). CINT is a DOE, Office of Science, funded user facility operated jointly by Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories. Our group works with CINT users and collaborators on growth of quantum materials and functional oxide materials (magnetic, ferroelectric, dielectric, semiconducting, superconducting, phase change, etc.) based thin films and their applications in electronic devices.Â
