As a result of several years of investigation and observation, I believe a 'geoengineering' strategy is being quietly implemented by billionaires like Bill Gates under the pretext of fighting global warming, in numerous projects around the world.

These geoengineering projects include 'stratospheric sulfate injections,' as part of a ‘solar radiation management’ strategy--designed to do nothing less than modify the reflectivity of the earth’s atmosphere and thereby control the amount of sunlight hitting the earth.

Note: Fighting "Global Warming" is just the pretext for modifying the climate on a global scale.

"The strange coil-like feature on the right of the image is a contrail left by a military aircraft flying in a circular holding pattern. Eventually, these became indistinguishable from clouds that arise naturally.

...Firstly, the researchers said the cloud reflected sunlight back to space leading to a cooling effect on the climate. Secondly, it prevented heat from leaving the Earth.

"A method is disclosed for reducing atmospheric warming due to the greenhouse effect resulting from a greenhouse gases layer.

The method comprises the step of seeding the greenhouse gas layer with a quantity of tiny particles of materials characterized by wavelength-dependent emissivity or reflectivity, in that said materials have high emissivities in the visible and far infrared wavelength regions and low emissivity in the near infrared wavelength region. Such materials can include the class of materials known as Welsbach materials. The oxides of metal, e.g., aluminum oxide, are also suitable for the purpose.

The greenhouse gases layer typically extends between about seven and thirteen kilometers above the earth's surface. The seeding of the stratosphere occurs within this layer. The particles suspended in the stratosphere as a result of the seeding provide a mechanism for converting the blackbody radiation emitted by the earth at near infrared wavelengths into radiation in the visible and far infrared wavelength..."

Operation Ranch Hand

'"Operation Ranch Hand was a U.S. military operation during the Vietnam War, lasting from 1962 until 1971. It was part of the overall herbicidal warfare program during the war called "Operation Trail Dust". Ranch Hand involved spraying an estimated 20 million U.S. gallons (76,000 m³) of defoliants and herbicides over rural areas of South Vietnam in an attempt to deprive the Viet Cong of food and vegetation cover. Areas of Laos and Cambodia were also sprayed to a lesser extent.

Nearly 20,000 sorties were flown between 1961 and 1971. The Vietnamese government estimates that 400,000 people were killed or maimed and 500,000 children born with birth defects as a result of this spraying of what were called by the Americans 'rainbow herbicides'.

The "Ranch Handers" motto was "Only you can prevent a forest" – a take on the popular U.S. Forest Service poster slogan of Smokey Bear. During the ten years of spraying, over 5 million acres (20,000 km²) of forest and 500,000 acres (2,000 km²) of crops were heavily damaged or destroyed. Around 20% of the forests of South Vietnam were sprayed at least once.

The herbicides were sprayed by the U.S. Air Force flying C-123s using the call sign "Hades".'
