Invitation
- As a former student, staff member or interested person of Chatham High School you are invited to participate in the 50th Anniversary celebrations.
- It is to be held on the long weekend of 3rd - 5th October 2015, featuring an Anniversary Dinner on Saturday night.
- As numbers are organised for around 250 dinner guests you are encouraged to secure your seat at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
- Please be aware of a definite cutoff for the bookings at 5:00pm on Friday 4th September 2015. No bookings will be accepted after this date.
Joining the Facebook Group
- The CHS 50th Anniversary has a dedicated page: Chatham High School - Secret Group.
- Membership of the group will enable swapping information and updates about the Anniversary.
- Find it by using the Facebook find function (on the top line) to find 'Chatham High School - Secret Group'.
- To join please message one of the users you know and ask to be included.
- There is also a specific sub group for the original school of pre 1976 students.
Students without contact detail
- There are still a large number of people whose contact details are unknown. If you know a former student or teacher interested in attending, please forward Bulletin 2 by email or print a copy to drop in their letterbox. Your help would be much appreciated.
Itinerary - Saturday, 3 October 2015
Tour of Chatham High School grounds.
- Time: Between 9:00am - 1:00pm (details to be confirmed).
Anniversary Dinner at Club Taree, Wingham Road, Taree
- Time: Doors open at 5 pm for pre-dinner drinks, available at club prices.
- Dress Code: Smart casual
- Cost: $60 per head, including a 3 course meal, entertainment and memorabilia displays (Partners welcome - but not essential!)
- RSVP: Full payment is required by Friday, 4th September 2015

Dietary Requirements
- When making your Anniversary Dinner payment, please advise if you have special dietary requirements.
- The staff at Club Taree is happy to make modifications to the 3 course meal with alternate servings.
Registration of the Payment
When paying by electronic transfer or direct deposit please post an email on the same day to CHS50th@outlook.com to confirms payment.
We would like to obtain the following details to track your payment, enable email/posting of notices and to determine your table allocation:
- Email header such as: 'CHS 50th Dinner Payment' to ensure the email does not go to a Junk Mail folder.
- Date of payment (eg 28/02/2015)
- Attendee First Name, Surname, Maiden Name (if applicable - school surname for women), Years Attended (eg 1967-72)
- Partner First Name, Surname, Maiden Name, Years Attended.
- Special Requirements such as dietary (eg diabetic meal for partner)
- Payment Amount (to establish the number of bookings required), Method (Electronic Transfer/Direct Deposit/Cheque), Branch (if Direct Deposit)
- Attendee Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Street Address, City, State and Postcode
A reply email will be sent to confirm your registration.
Please Note: Attendees who do not supply their years of attendance may be seated with former students of different years.
