The quarterly meeting minutes that get sent to the borough will be posted in this location. This will make it so people who cannot attend the meetings will have access to what was discussed at the meeting.
Thusly keeping all residents and property owner informed of the goings on of the Board and resolution of old business and any new issues that affect the area.

Meetings are held Quarterly at 6:00PM for January, April and October the July meeting will be at 7PM- Location will be announced closer to the meeting date. The April and July meetings are generally at the Alaska Railroad mile 232 gravel pit
January 22nd at 6PM at the Talkeetna Latitude 62 Lodge **
April 9th at 6PM at the Alaska Railroad mile 232 gravel pit
July 14th at 7PM at the Alaska Railroad mile 232 gravel pit
October 15th at 6PM at the Alaska Railroad mile 232 gravel pit
** Elections held for open Board of Directors seats**
Meetings take place at the ARR mile post 232 Gravel Pit or Talkeetna Latitude 62 lodge unless otherwise published. Meeting notices are posted at the Talkeetna Post Office. Additional announcements may be sent via email to those who have provided an email address to the CCC . Also they can be viewed on the Chase Web Site as well as announcements aired by Public Radio station KTNA 88.9 FM that may be viewed on line at www.ktna.org
