June 2--Charleston Brewery District

Summer's swinging into full force and CBR's starting the season off right with CBR Brew Bolt--our once a month Saturday long run, for the summer! Much like CBR Bridge n' Brunch, these runs can start and end anywhere, so be sure to read the details carefully!

This month CBR Luke is leading the pack (thanks Luke!!!)--and as always, credit where credit is due: Dec 2017, Luke came up with this crazy idea of running to and drinking at every brewery downtown (his Winter Wonderland Pub Run). It was such a hit that he wanted to bring it to CBR...and now we have the awesome CBR Brew Bolt: Charleston Brewery District Pub Run!

Meet us at Palmetto Brewing at 2pm for a running tour of the newly coined Charleston Brewery District. 9 stops for a total of 6.5 miles! Stops go as follows:

1) Palmetto Brewing

2) Cooper River Brewing Company

3) Edmund's Oast Brewing Co.

4) Tradesman Brewing Co.

5) LO-Fi Brewing

6) Munkle Brewing

7) Fatty's Beer Works

8) Revelry Brewing

9) Palmetto Brewing

The longest leg is only 1.75 miles so this pub run is possible for any level of running. All the breweries sell half pints (which is recommended, or split tasters). Run and drink responsibly, and don’t drink and drive!

Remember to bring your ID and some money for the bar!

Please remember to hydrate well before and during the run (ask for water at each stop and double-fist with H2O!), dress appropriately for the weather, and always wear sunscreen! Also, don't forget the bug spray.
