Chips:

$5 buys 5,000 chips

Chip colors/values:

· white = 25

· red = 100

· blue = 500

· green = 1000

· black = 5000

Bonus 500 chip for people who arrive by the start of the event and RSVP no later than 12pm OR pay their initial buy in with ones or a five dollar bill.

Blinds:

Payouts and CGPL points:

CGPL points are only awarded for official (1^st Friday of the month) events

* refers to % of pot after taking out 4^th+ place winnings.

· The pattern is to add a 10 pt/$10 payout for every 5 additional players, plus 1^st-3^rd get an additional 5 pts.

· The player lasting the longest on their original $5 (no re-buys) gets their $5 back (+ 20 CGPL points).

· Every time a player is knocked out (lose all their chips), the player who knocked them out gets $1 (from the pot).

· Players get 5 points for attending an event, plus 1 point for each player they outlast.

Points leaders for the year:

· 1^st place – one free buy in for Jan, Feb, & Mar events of following year

· 2^nd place – one free buy in for Jan & Feb events

· 3^rd place – one free buy in for Jan event

• • Top 10 qualify for Tournament of Champions (held in January)

· And of course, bragging rights.
