In supersession to this office order No. 138/MC/LIB./12 dated 06.03.12 a Library Committee is hereby reconstituted as under:
The Library Committee will function with respect to the Procurement of Books/Journals, budgetary allocation and means to improve the functioning of the Library and Work out mechanisms for up gradation of the library.
This Library Committee will recommend and forward all suggestions to Principal & Controller for necessary execution.
In supersession to this office order No. 138/MC/LIB./12 dated 06.03.12 Library Advisory Committee is hereby reconstituted as under:
The Advisory Committee will be an Advisory body for Dr. Robert Heilig Library. It will advise to Improve the functioning of Library and will suggest means to upgrade the Library to International Standard.
This Advisory Committee will meet once in every four months and as and when required.
The M.O.I/c Library will be Member Secretary and senior most Librarian will arrange all the Logistics for convening the meeting of the advisory committee.
