Cecile Garcia grew up in Orange County California. She attended Santa Ana College and graduated. During the 1990’s she wrote her first book (Chandra's Quest) and published it in the early 2000’s. Her life's goal was to become a published author and she has long since fulfilled her dream and continues writing for those who enjoy reading her books. She is proud to be an Independent author and encourages others who want to become an author, to fulfill their dreams whether they go with a self-publishing company or not.

Durante la década de 1990, escribió su primer libro (Chandra's Quest) y lo publicó a principios de la década de 2000. El objetivo de su vida era convertirse en una autora publicada y hace tiempo que cumplió su sueño y continúa escribiendo para aquellos que disfrutan leyendo sus libros.
