We offer our customers an opportunity to obtain your non-resident concealed carry permit from the State of Utah in a one-stop shopping environment, so to speak, allowing you to carry concealed in 31 states. We also offer the Florida CCW class as well!
Utah Concealed Carry
This class typically lasts at least 4 hours of in-class instruction, and requires no "live fire" exercise to qualify, only the class. There is no test. The class fee includes: passport photos, fingerprinting, mailing of everything required to Utah's Bureau of Criminal Identification for processing and we provide you with the tracking number.
Florida Concealed Carry
This portion is included for an added fee of $60 for our students who have taken the Utah portion and does require "live fire". After the Utah class which you must attend, we will drive to the local range that we work with, you will safely shoot your firearm which is witnessed by a Certified NRA Pistol Instructor. After the Instructor believes you have demonstrated safe shooting, we will issue you a Certificate of Completion allowing you to apply for the Florida CCW Permit. We also issue you the Florida CCW packet which is needed for the class.

Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (CFP) Course - The Utah CFP permit training class takes 4 hours. Firing of a firearm is not required to obtain the Non-Resident Utah concealed firearm permit. The permit is valid for 5 years and re-training is not required for renewal. This permit is perfect for people who travel and want to legally protect themselves and their family. We take great pride in providing top quality training. We provide all the training materials and for your added convenience we provide photos and fingerprint cards. The Utah permit is recognized in 34 states, 31 states for non-residents (Colorado, Florida, Michigan, and New Hampshire has residency restrictions). Non-residents from states that have CCW permits must obtain their state's permit before applying for the Utah permit (this change in effect May 10, 2011). Illinois residents are exempt from this requirement. Students have one year from the date of class to apply for their permit. Private group courses are available. Call us for details.

Florida Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Course - The Florida CCW permit training class takes 4 hours. Firing of a firearm is required to obtain the Non-Resident Florida concealed firearm permit. *Exception to firing - military veterans, prior law enforcement, hunter safety course completion, or anyone who has attended an NRA firearms course taught by a NRA Certified Instructor. The permit is valid for 7 years and re-training is not required for renewal. This permit is perfect for people who travel and want to legally protect themselves and their family. We take great pride in providing top quality training. We provide all the training materials, certificate of completion, and for your added convenience we provide photos and fingerprint cards. The Florida permit is recognized in 37 states, 33 states for non-residents (Colorado, South Carolina, Michigan, and New Hampshire has residency restrictions). NRA Basic Pistol - The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course introduces students to the Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. Through this course, the student will learn about pistol parts and operation, ammunition, gun safety, pistol shooting fundamentals, and pistol shooting activities. The Basic Pistol Course will also help prepare the student for participation in other NRA courses. Shooters will need eye and ear protection. Students are required to have 50 rounds of ammunition for their handgun for the range portion of the course. Firearms and ammunition are available for use for a fee. Must coordinate with the instructor prior to the course. Each student receives 8 hours of quality handgun instruction and range time. Each student receives the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting Handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules Brochure, Basic Practical Rocker and Flyer, Basic Firearms Training Program Brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program Booklet, Basic Pistol Student Exam, and Basic Pistol Course Certificate. NRA Defensive Pistol Course - The NRA Defensive Pistol Course is conducted by a select group of NRA Advanced Pistol Instructors. The training will focus on technique and the development of a defensive mindset. The goal of the course is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitude to carry and use a concealed pistol ethically, responsibly, and with confidence. Upon successful completion of this training student's should be able to demonstrate the following: • How the NRA Rules for Safe Gun Handling are applied to concealed carry • Basic principles of concealment • Presenting a pistol - reholster • Mental awareness • Mental preparation to develop a defensive mindset for carrying and using a pistol for personal protection • Techniques for avoiding life-threatening confrontations • Explain the psychological and physiological changes that may occur during an attack • Flash sight picture • Reloading under stress • Clear common stoppages ... and more. NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course - The NRA Basic Personal Protection series is based on the building block approach, moving from the simple to the complex. The first course in the series is the NRA Basic Pistol Course, which develops in the student the basic skills of handling, shooting, and cleaning the firearm. The second course is NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course, which builds on the skills already learned in the Basic Pistol Course. NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course participants must be experienced shooters (shooters should be able to show mastery of the basic skills of safe gun handling, shooting a group, zeroing the firearm, and cleaning the firearm) to maximize what can be learned from this course. Proof of shooting experience can be one of the following: NRA Basic Pistol Course Certificate, NRA First Steps Course Certificate, NRA pistol competitive shooting qualification card, military DD214 with pistol qualification, or passing the Pre-Course Assessment. Students will be required to bring 150 rounds of factory produced ammunition for their firearm. No Reloaded Ammunition is Allowed! NRA Basic Personal Protection Outside the Home Course - The NRA Basic Personal Protection series is based on the building block approach, moving from the simple to the complex. The first course in the series is the NRA Basic Pistol Course, which develops in the student the basic skills of handling, shooting, and cleaning the firearm. The second course is NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course, which builds on the skills already learned in the Basic Pistol Course. NRA Basic Personal Protection Outside the Home Course is the third course in this series. Participants in this third course must possess the basic defensive pistol skills presented in the NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course. Particiapants must also understand the basic legal concepts relating to the use of firearms in self defense, and must know and observe not only general gun safety rules, but also those safety principles that are specific to defensive situations. Prospective participants can demonstrate that they have the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes by presenting an NRA Basic Personal Protection in the Home Course Certificate, or by passing the pre-course evaluation. This Course is two parts BASIC (9 hour course) and ADVANCED (additional 5 hour course). Students will be required to bring a Strong Side Hip Holster (holster must cover trigger guard), two additional magazines or speedloaders, magazine carrier, and 300+ rounds of ammunition for their firearm. NRA Range Safety Officer Course - This course is nine hours long and is conducted in a classroom and at a shooting facility. Range Safety Officer candidates will learn roles and responsibilities of an RSO; Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); range inspection; range rules; range briefings; emergency procedures; and firearm stoppages and malfunctions. Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide, a Basic Firearm Training Program brochure, an NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, an Instructor Application/Course Evaluation form. This is not a shooting course. Do not bring firearms or ammunition to the course.
