Please follow the link below for the steps no how to prepare and submit the copyright and camera-ready manuscript by the deadline April 7, 2017. We will not be able to include late submissions in the conference proceedings.

(2) Each paper needs to be checked for IEEE Xplore Compatibility using PDFxpress, the link is provided in the above page.
(3) The paper pdf file that you receive from submit the final camera ready and the copyright form; Further information can be found below.
(4) Each regular conference paper may have up to 8 pages without extra charge, and may have up to 2 extra pages at $200 per extra page. Payment for extra page charges (if applicable) must be submitted with your camera-ready manuscript.
(5) Make sure that all fonts are embedded in the PDF file you submit for the final version.

(7) Each paper (full paper/short paper/demo paper/poster) must have at least one author register by paying the full registration fee on or before April 7 (camera-ready deadline).
(8) Each full registration covers one (1) paper. At least one author should register “Full IEEE member/non-member” registration. The student registration is not considered as “Full IEEE member/non-member”.
(9) You can use Workshop registration if you intend to attend only the workshop, which is enough for the paper to be presented and published.
(10) if you plan to attend the full conference, then you have to do full registration.
(11) For authors, a paper ID will be requested at the time of registration. Kindly use your paper ID as below:

Final paper format and font embedding:
Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (see link to "formatting instructions" below). It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting it to PDF eXpress™.

Paper submissions will be conducted using EDAS system. To submit a paper follow the following link:
Submission format:
All submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5” x 11” Two-Column Format. When using LaTeX, we recommend the following format options: \documentclass[10pt,conference,compsocconf,letterpaper]{IEEEtran}. Each submission can have up to 8 pages with 10pt font or larger. If the submission is accepted for publication, up to 2 over-length pages may be purchased for the final camera-ready version for $200 per page as per IEEE policy. Submissions should NOT be blinded for review.

IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented. Note: To be published in the IEEE ICDCS Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Papers will be published in the IEEE ICDCS 2017 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
