Manuscript Submission Instructions

Information regarding page limits for papers is below. A paper will not be included in the conference proceedings if its length exceeds its page limit.

  1. Page limits for Workshop Papers: each workshop paper may have up to 6 pages without extra charge, and may have up to 2 extra pages at $100 per extra page.
  2. Page Limits for Poster Abstracts: each poster abstract may have up to 2 pages without extra charge, and may have up to 2 extra pages at $100 per extra page.

To prepare the camera-ready manuscript, please make sure that you follow the format and templates available at: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Failing to do so may result in your paper not included in the conference proceedings.

Copyright Transfer

IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. More information about copyright transfer and IEEE Copyright form can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.

Please send the signed form (only page 1 is required) via email to registration@ipccc.org or by fax to 1-512-532-6471, attention Jack Chen.

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceedings. Before you create your PDFs, please insert the following copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your paper.

· For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

· For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-5252-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown

· For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-5252-3/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union

The camera-ready manuscript must be uploaded via the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus, NOT via the EDAS system.

No Show Policy:

Please be notified that your paper may be excluded from being published and included in the IEEE Xplore and the CSDL should your paper fail to be presented at the conference. Please refer to the IEEE No Show Policy (Non-Presented Paper policy) in this page: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/organizers/handling_nonpresented_papers.html. Authors are required to present their paper at the conference in order for a paper to appear in the conference proceedings. Registration receipts and proceedings will be available (at the conference) only for papers that are presented.

IMPORTANT IEEE POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT

The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented.

Note: To be published in the IEEE IPCCC Workshop Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE /Xplore®/, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Papers will be published in the IEEE IPCCC 2016 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE /Xplore®/.
