Carrollton Meadows HOA

Carrollton Meadows Homeowners Association consists of 78 homes located in Carrollton, Virginia.  The Declarant Control Period began on November 9, 1989 and ended on October 1, 2001.  During this period, the Association was managed by a three-member Board of Directors under Carrollton Meadows, L.C.  On October 1, 2001 with the termination of the Declarant Control Period, management of the Association was transferred to Carrollton Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc.  

The Board of Directors is an all-volunteer organization who receives no compensation.  Board members also serve as Officers of the Association.
