Holiday Schedule: There are no Music Mentor sessions during Thanksgiving Week, or between Dec 9 and Jan 5, due to Carlmont review and finals weeks and Winter Break. Check the calendar for specific dates. Music Mentors will resume on Jan 6.

Music Mentoring will be in the Music Room F20 at Carlmont High School, from 4:15 to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from September 30 to May 7. Only selected instruments are offered each day, depending on the Sign-Ups received from both Mentors and students. Please watch for an email from Mr Sarver about the schedule.

All 4th, 5th, and Middle School Students must have an Emergency Health Permission Form on file to participate. It is NOT fillable online.

Parents/guardians must download/print the form so they can fill it out, sign it, and turn it in or email it to Mr Sarver at asarver@earthlink.net .
