EVENT NOTES

* The 5k will be limited to 450 participants, so remember to register early!

* Please note that to qualify for a T-shirt, it is an additional $30.00 in pledges on top of the $20.00 registration fee ($50.00 in total). While we do not want to discourage people from raising pledges please do not select a shirt size if you do not plan on raising the minimum of $30 in pledges/donations. Each participant that raises the minimum pledges is eligible to select one t-shirt.

* If you are able to sponsor any type of donation or know of an individual or company that would be interested please let us know. It is through your participation and sponsorship that we are able to continue the Cardiac Care Unit 5K Walk/Run each year. We thank you so very much for all that you contribute! Sponsor letters are available to download/print, under the forms tab.
