Can't Stop Me Basketball Training is excited to announce PNW Ignite!

PNW Ignite is a fully comprehensive basketball program. Players will grow their individual skills, interplayer team skills, basketball IQ, and possiblily the most important, life skills. Relationships are key to a successful experience. Value is placed on creating a team that feels more like family. Our team will average two 1.5 hour practices a week and approximately two tournaments a month. Each season will include at least one drivable travel tournament.

Your child will not be just another number in this program. As part of PNW Ignite your child will get the personalized attention she deserves. Unlike other large programs, the owner of this club is also your child's coach. Your child will be receiving instruction directly from Kolleen Bourdage (Coach B). Kolleen Bourdage has a vast experience as a player, coach, trainer and school teacher. Learn more about Coach B's experience here.

Tryouts will occur at the end of February 2025 for our next Spring Season that will run from March to July.

***AN AAU MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED BEFORE TRYOUTS** In order to have insurance coverage, every participant must be an AAU member and send me their AAU member number prior to tryouts. If you were recently a participant on an AAU team you will already have one and you'll just need to send me your member number (I believe it expires each September). A regular AAU membership is fine for tryouts and if your daughter makes the team and we decide to play in a non-AAU tournament, we can always upgrade to an extended AAU membership later (only a couple dollars).

Costs & Other Details

Thanks to our wonderful sponsors we are able to offer families a much lower cost to be a part of PNW Ignite than the vast majority of AAU programs. I cannot fully express my gratitude. Thank you!

Spring Season lasts from March to mid-July

The following is included in your cost:

Two 1.5 hour practices a week
Uniforms - Shorts and a reversible uniform top
Shooting Shirt
Team tournament entry fees
Gym rentals for practice
Coach/Assistant Coach/Admin Costs

The following is not included in your cost:

AAU player membership - Approximately $20 and required before tryouts
Travel costs. Each Season we do at least one drivable travel tournament. If the team wishes to do additional travel tournaments, this can be discussed but is not required. We can look into fundraising to help with costs as well.
There's normally an entry fee for spectators to come watch the games and they vary on cost.

Total cost for Spring 2025 is $910-$950 depending on the team. It's preferred to have this paid upfront but payment plans are an option for families that need it (example: $200 each month and $150 in July or $475 in March and $475 in May). If cost is a deal breaker please contact me. I really want to help make this an option for your child if at all possible.

*Players will be required to help participate in fundraising events.

Practice & Tournament Schedules

Practices are two days a week for 1.5 hours each. They are mostly located in Enumclaw, WA at Thunder Mountain Middle School.

There will be 6-8 tournaments per team. Tournaments are decided after teams are created but this will be done soon after tryouts and will be given to parents so families can plan their Spring! There is an average of 2 tournaments a month but may vary depending on a variety of factors. Each season there is at least one drive-able travel tournament with the option of more if the team and families agree.
