and exchange information and truth about life experience .. as a way of finding guidance interaction on pathway, material and spiritual.

Name
- 'campfires' is a metaphoric name .. it is to evoque
the atmosphere of quietness and stillness
as well as the intimacy and trust, of a campfire
.. away from the full and often hectic stressfull daily lives
Format
- consists of one week 'out' (eg CCL)
- nature retreat, eg Ardennes
- small group say 7 or 8
- two co-leaders (-> Alchemy course)
Frequency
- period: participants subscribe to 12 monthly retreat, but can choose/opt for 6 or 24 months (-> repeat business)
- plan is fixed schedule with one retreat per month, people can 'pencil in' -> 12 events per year
- idea is to keep relatively low cost?
eg: say 2500 € per person for the week as 2.5 x 8 = 20 K€ (leaders get some 1500 €/day x 5 x 12 = 90 K€ p.a., cost component leader per event = 15 K€ , 5K facilities), all this very approximative first shot ideas
Marketing
- scope: global, one per region, initially ... where and who ?
- promotion:
via website and google promotion
personal networks and referrals, try to get in via companies
- target audience: people who
can afford
have sufficiently high consciousness and self-awareness to see the relevance
have enough willpower, commitment and discipline to choose for this
have affinity with rigour
have open mind
dream: get the right people for who this matters to their inner soul, those who really really care about living the best and richtest life fully, as the priority in their vains, as their inner fabric
Essence
- longer term life development pulse-check, a level above coaching, job changes, courses capabilities certifications retreats, mentoring
- scope: meta-view, full life evolution of ego, soul, career, .. development stages, transitions, ..
- both the outward (life & career development in physical world) and the inward journey (spiritual)
- actions and responsibility is fully with participants, they own development choices/actions and follow up, eg choice of coaches/courses
- use group dynamic: people tell their story, views but get feedback around campfire, work with leaders and other participant(s)
- opportunity:
1/ rise above current limits of psychometric tools and trainings, and merge inner & outer journeys ie connect with spiritual component of each individual, whatever that may be, and integrate to context of full life and scope
2/ provide an intellectual translation education & service for 1/, ie use smart-people's english business language of 21st century and offer framework for 1/
Business initiative aspects
- also offering support services, eg maybe matchmaking assistance and suggestions based on experience and insight
- provide benefits in B2B network by facilitating eg trial sessions with coaches, astrologers, etc (thought: potential deal ideas if partners for bring in business)
Thoughts/questions/approach
- the idea is to create a new product/service in the market, but how realistic is it to fill the slots 12x8=96 participants or subscribers p.a. .. ?
-> beginners mind and just start with 'something' anyway, no matter how many participants initially? ..
ai contents formula structure etc totally not-developed all to be done,
and: should evolve based on feedback and experience of first few events that are to be seen as pilots, maybe with people from own network
