The 2025-26 school year will be my eighteenth year teaching 6th grade at the Ahern Middle School. I feel very fortunate to work at the Ahern with such wonderful colleagues and students!

I graduated from Boston College in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math/Computer Science and minors in special education and middle school math.  In 2013, I received a Masters degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Rhode Island College.  I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and am always excited to learn new teaching methods and techniques that help me to better meet the needs of my students.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son Theo, dog, Kaia, and the rest of my family. I love spending time outdoors, crafting, and watching the Patriots play.

I love teaching math and science at the Ahern and know that this is going to be a great school year!
