Mapping and analyzing current Procurement and Supply Chain practices at Cadbury Australia and identifying challenges and opportunities with improvement program resulting in cost saving and improving the performance of the company without affecting the social and environmental programs. Different theories are used for completing this study such as Krajlic’s Supplier Matrix, Gattorna’s Dynamic Alignment Model, Lee’s Triple A Model and others.
The scope of this study is limited to the procurement and supply chain issues and data available from secondary sources such as company report, journal articles, and newspaper.
