2012: Kraft Foods Inc. changed its name to Mondelez International Inc. after spinning-off its North American grocery operations to shareholders.
2010: Cadbury became part of the Kraft Foods family.
2009: Cadbury Schweppes sold the sold the Schweppes beverages business and changed its name to Cadbury Pty Ltd. marking a new era for Cadbury and enables a more invigorated and singular focus for Cadbury in Australia.
1980: Cadbury acquired the Red Tulip confectionery company and broadened its range of fine products to include a vast array of Easter confectionery, as well as After Dinner Mints.
1969: Cadbury merged with Schweppes Australia, creating Cadbury Schweppes identity which took its level to International Market.
1967: Cadbury acquired MacRobertson Chocolates, a well-respected confectionery manufacturer founded in 1880 and added renowned brands including Cherry Ripe and Freddo Frog .
