CACC Montessori School encourages parent participation in its CO-OP Program. Full-time families are requested to contribute a minimum of 35 hours and part-time, 25 hours to the school yearly. Each hour is equal to $12.00 and physical plant hours equal to $24 per hour. Hours cannot be carried over to the next school year. Co-op checks will be mailed out to CACC families over the summer. 

Co-op hours may be filled in a variety of ways including participation in school and PTA events, attendance of monthly PTA meetings and specific assignments announced in the newsletters. There are co-op time sheets located in the front office to keep track of your hours and please report them to the office monthly. Please see Elizabeth Simon, Administrator, for forms and details.

The PTA serves to support the school by funding and organizing most school-related activities and encouraging families to come together and socialize throughout the year.  We cannot do anything without parent volunteers like you! We realize families are busy and appreciate your time. We promise it will be rewarding.  The time spent volunteering with the PTA is reimbursable through your Co-op deposit; it is a great way to earn back $420.00 which is paid by every family as part of standard fees. Take the worry out of how to earn co-op hours now so that you don't have to scramble to earn the hours next year.  Any position may be shared.
