Recreational Gymnastic Classes

We offer recreational gymnastic classes for all ages and skill levels.  New students are accepted year round.  

Each student will be evaluated throughout the year to ensure that they are in the appropriate class that corresponds with their abilities.  Our classes focus on building flexibility, strength and skill. 

Classes Offered

"Parent and Me": Toddler Class (2-3 yo)

Crystals: Beginning Gymnastics (4+)

Emeralds: Intermediate Gymnastics

Pre-Team: Beginner (4-5 yo)

Pre-Team: Advanced (6+)

Boys Gymnastics (6+)

Although we have a class designed specifically for them, boys are welcome in any and all of our recreational classes.
