Try a class

Easy, you just have to take your sports clothes, your best mood and let's GO !

You're not obliged to start or have a try in September, you can as well begin during the year, no need to book in advance, you just have to come 10 to 15 min before the beginning of the class (very important because we are not able to welcome you correctly if the class is already started)

If you never practiced any kind of Yoga, or another type of Yoga then rather prefer the beginner classes !

Perhaps you're thinking, "Me, I'm too stiff to do Yoga" ... well think again, the Yoga is for everyone, flexible, stiff, small, tall, thin, big ... Anyway, the best is to try once!

If you ever have any physical problem, please, do not forget to inform the teacher.
