Treasurer

Joseph Sciame is the second longest member in tenure for the Westchester Section's Board. After two years as Vice-Chair, Joseph became Chair in 2008 and led the Section for the next six years. He was a director for the State's Executive Board for 12 of the last 16 years. Joseph received STANYS' highest honor in 2019, becoming a STANYS Fellow. He is currently the Treasurer for Westchester, a position held since 2017.
