Brennan "B Deep" DeFrisco

Brennan DeFrisco likes words and the way they move. He is an MFA candidate at Antioch University Los Angeles in the Creative Writing Program with an emphasis on Poetry. He is an organizer and performer at the Berkeley Poetry Slam and his team took third place overall at the 2015 National Poetry Slam. He is co-founder of Lucky Bastard Press and author of A Heart With No Scars (Nomadic Press), Highku: 4 & 20 Poems About Marijuana (Lucky Bastard Press), and Dumb Luck, co-authored with Tim Toaster Henderson (Lucky Bastard Press). His work can be found or is forthcoming in Words Dance, The Poetry’s Intoxicated Corner, Drunk Monkeys, jmww’s Exquisite Duet, Hermeneutic Chaos Literary Journal & Yellow Chair Review.
