Captains Practice Dates:

The Varsity Captains host these informal player lead training/conditioning activities to prepare for the season.
A parent is on site in case of any emergencies.

SATURDAY Roseville Scrimmages -All Day Bus Time 7:30am
Bus is scheduled to leave BHS at 7:30AM and is anticipated to return to BHS at 2:15PM.
Where: Back Fields/BHS Pates Stadium
What to bring:
Please wear/bring a white/light and also a black/dark t-shirt
Cleats and running shoes
soccer ball (properly inflated)
water bottle

FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL EXAMS DATES DURING SUMMER:
-TCO (Twin Cities Orthopedics) Metro Area Locations will be offering FREE Sports Physicals within the area. You can select any location.

*Note from the athletics department: All athletics and many activities have fees associated with them. However, if any family needs financial assistance to reduce participation fees, please contact Jeanine Riggs (jriggs@isd191.org), Administrative Assistant for Athletics/Activities. No student will ever be denied participation in athletics or activities due to financial hardship.
