Sharing Calendar

KINDERGARTEN SHARING SCHEDULE

Oral language is a very important part of the Kindergarten curriculum and this is a required project (it's not an optional project) . Your child will participate in weekly sharing to practice speaking in front of peers on their scheduled day. Their days will rotate every trimester. All topics relate to our theme for the week so it's not a "show and tell" event. The schedule below was given in the Back to School Night packet or put in the MESH folder. Please have your student practice in advance: “Hello, my name is ________. Today I brought…”

Your student has an assigned day for their sharing topic. They must have their share item ready to go at drop-off in their backpacks. They will only take out their sharing during our designated share time. There should be no sharing items to friends before school or during the school day (i.e. recess or lunch time) as I do not wish it to get damaged or played with prior to their dedicated time.
