RULES & REMINDERS

REMINDERS AND RULES:

1.  The event begins at 10:00 PM.  Students must check in no later than 1 hour after the event start time.

2. Only current graduating seniors from Buckingham may attend and a student I.D. is required at entry.

3. Parents will be notified of any paid seniors NOT checked in by 1 hour after the event start time.

4. The event is a LOCK-IN event.  There will be NO “in and out” privileges.  Parents will be notified to come pick up their student if they wish to leave early or give verbal permission for them to drive themselves from the event location.  Students who leave the event prematurely will NOT be readmitted.

5. Grad Night sponsors and affiliates are not responsible for students before or after the event.

6. Dress casually and according to the weather.  Activities may be inside and/or outside, depending on location.

7. Students are discouraged from bringing anything of value.  Grad Night sponsors and affiliates are not responsible for lost and/or stolen items.  All containers: handbags, camera bags, backpacks, etc. that enter with the students will be checked.  No liquids will be allowed.  Beverages, including water, will be provided.

8. Tobacco products, alcohol, and drugs (including aspirin and No-Doze) are not allowed.  A note from a parent must accompany any necessary medication.  There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy.

9. If a student arrives “under the influence” (actual or suspected) he/she will not be admitted to the event and will be taken to a safe and secure area where parents will be notified to pick up their student.

10. Prizes are awarded only to those students who remain at the party and will be distributed at the end of the event.

11. There will be NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.

12. Tickets are non-transferable.
