Cyber Chip Requirements

Cyber chip is a new program in BSA that teaches about net etiquette, internet safety, cyber bullying, cell phone usage, texting and identity theft. Much like Totin chip or Firem'n chit program, you can earn Cyber chip card after completing the Cyber Chip program.

Cyber chip is now a requirement for new Scout and Star rank advancement. A scout need to complete the Cyber Chip training and earn Cyber Chip card for his grade level for advancement

To complete your cyber chip requirement please print the cyber chip workbook and complete all requirements except the last one for your grade. Then check with AIC/ASM in charge to review and sign-off on your Cyber chip requirement.
