September Camping Trip
On Friday September 28th we will travel to Heritage Reservation and tent camp in the Fort Washington campsite. The address and contact information is - 300 Heritage Road Farmington. On Saturday, September 29th, we travel from Heritage to Laurel Caverns. The address and contact information. We will have two activities at Laurel Caverns. The lower cave which is for scouts 12 years and older and for the Dragons, or any Scouts who do not wish to participate in lower caving, the Geology Merit Badge. The lower cave trip is about 3 hours long. Scouts should wear hiking boots with ankle support and older clothes that can get dirty. Temperature in cave is approximately 50 degree, so a light jacket or hoodie might be needed. Scouts doing lower caving should bring a change of clothing with them to the caves to change into because they will get dirty. Have a bag to put dirty clothes and shoes into.
Permission Slip and Liability Waiver are on the website. Permission slips will not be accepted without the completed waiver forms. Also, please note line 10-proper preparation items. Permission slips are due September 11th. NO LATE SLIPS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Spaghetti Dinner Information
Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser will be Sept 22nd 4-7 pm.
SCOUTS:
Do your best to pre-sell tickets for the dinner. You have each received 5 Adult tickets (7$) and 5 Child/Senior tickets (5$) to sell. If you did not get your tickets yet, please see Mr. Goetzman. If you need more tickets, please see Mr. Goetzman.
Please return all unsold tickets and $$ to Mr. Goetzman at any upcoming meeting.

The Snack Table is very low on snacks. Please sign-up to donate an item at our next troop meeting.

The Lackawanna Council Merit Badge Counselor list is now available on the website. Please use this list to find counselors for any merit badges you may be interested in completing.
Upcoming Troop Committee Meeting - DATE CHANGE
The next Troop Committee Meeting with be Sundy, September 16th at 7:30pm at FHPC. All adults are welcome and encouraged to attend.
