1911 -- Built as a two-room schoolhouse.
1930's -- Remodeled as an elementary schoolhouse.
1956 -- Used by the Pembroke Grange.
1970's -- Used as Pembroke Town Hall after the 1978 fire. Home to Police Department, Civil Defense, and Selectman's offices.
1980's -- Used for town storage for a short while. Building fell into disrepair.
1997 -- Town voted to demolish the building, the Grange Gang was given permission to renovate.
1998 -- Restoration started, continued until 2009.
2010 -- Building opened as the Bryantville Meeting House.
in the 1997 a newspaper article reported that the town of Pembroke intended to demolish the Bryantville Meeting House. Two community members, Don Ethier and Ken Corti offered to renovate the building. The town was going to spend $5K to demolish the building, and town meeting voted to gave Ethier and Corti the money to renovate.
