The Bryantville Meeting House is a wonderful venue and is available for rental for all types of gatherings. The layout of the building makes it comfortable for business meetings and family gatherings alike.
We have available for your use 6-10 round tables, as well as a number of rectangular tables, and chairs as well. The maximum occupancy of the building is 60, and there is a lower level for meetings. The hall has a smart TV that can be used for presentations, slide shows or other internet functions. The building itself is handicap accessible, as are the bathrooms on the main floor.
The kitchen comes with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and two gas stoves; you can cook your own food, or have it catered. Alcohol is allowed, with proper insurance.
You will need to bring your own tablecloths, silverware, plates, etc., but the basics are there for you and your party.
The hall may be used from mornings up until 11:00pm.
History of the BMH

This video shows the before and after photos of the complete renovation by community volunteers from 2000 to 2003.
The Bryantville Meeting House is owned by the town of Pembroke, and is leased to the Bryantville Meeting House Trustees. The trustees run the BMH as a 501(c)3 organization, as rental meeting space, and to make the space available at reasonable cost for the benefit of the general community.
In 2000, a group of volunteers from the community looked at the wreck of a building on School Street that once housed a Grange, Pembroke Town Hall, classrooms and the Police Station, at different times over the years. It was falling apart, and the Town of Pembroke was planning its demolition.
The video above shows the diligent work of volunteers from the Lions Club, the Boy Scouts and many other individuals. Their hard work from 2000 to 2003 shows how they brought back the old building and breathed new life into it. What they did now stands as a testament to community commitment, and the people of Pembroke are eternally grateful.
