Maintenance Items: Please report maintenance needs to Lesli Walker & Cabin Treasurer, Gigi Davis in an email. Gigi can approve minor repairs and review major repair requests with all the cabin partners.
Major Improvements: Improvements can be made if cabin partners approve the need and the cost is within the budget. Share your ideas directly to your family representative, to be discussed with all the family partners.
Minor Repairs: may be performed by members of the family and are very much appreciated. If you will need a reimbursement, please OK the repair with Georgia Davis, Cabin Treasurer, before making the repair.
. Partner work Projects: Projects and improvements to the cabins can be done by representatives from each family group. . Please get permission for proposed projects before starting them.
Minor Repair/Replacement Issues: Please take the initiative for minor repairs and replacements, such as replacing light bulbs that have burned out, keeping the yard raked and clean, keeping the deck furniture clean & in place, and performing any minor repairs needed that you are skilled to do.
