Each year, in conjunction with the Brooklyn Park Lions Waffle Breakfast with Santa, the Brooklyn Park Women of Today holds a kids only shopping event, the shop is filled with reasonably priced merchandise for kids to purchase holiday presents for their family members, using a parent/guardian approved budget.
Back again this year...the shop will offer a variety of new and items handmade, by the Brooklyn Park Women of Today members at a reasonable price.

Child's parent/guardian completes the shopping form\envelope, listing the family members the child is shopping for and places the funds for the shopping in the envelope.
With a shopping assistant, to keep the child on task and on budget, the child shops the available merchandise for the family members listed. A parent can request to shop with their child.
When shopping is complete, the shopping assistant helps the child check out and complete their purchase. The receipt and change are placed back in the envelope to be returned to the parent\guardian.
The child then has the opportunity to wrap the presents they have purchased, with the help of a wrapping assistant.
