Role of the Board - To act as a governing entity for the Homeowners Association as it relates to the association and it's Declaration of Covenants. Brookfalls HOA only deals with matters set forth in the Covenants and Restrictions. The Board is not responsible for nor do they act in any official matters of the Village of Menomonee Falls and Waukesha Countly. Please contact the Village or County directly for these matters.
The primary activity of the Brookfalls Homeowners Association is to implement the provisions outlined in Article 4 of the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Brook Falls Estates.

Brook Falls Architectural Control Committee (ACC) - 2022
Role of the WACC - The primary activity of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to implement the provisions outlined in Article 4 of the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Brook Falls Estates.

Any homeowner who believes there is a violation of one of the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions may contact the Board or ACC in writing or by email. The Board or ACC will review the complaint to determine if any action is required and, if appropriate, the Board and ACC will contact the homeowner to inform them of the violation.
