Here are a few highlights along my journey

I grew up in Pauoa Valley in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi

I got my educational start in the Hawaiʻi public school system

I graduated from Roosevelt High School

I swam, surfed and played water polo

I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Physics at the University of Hawaii, Manoa

I played NCAA Division 1 water polo

I conducted research at Cambridge and Exeter University

I played water polo on a team in Leiden, Netherlands

We played nationally in the Netherlands and across Europe

I conducted research at the European Space Agency in Noordwijk, Netherlands

I earned my Masters of Physics from Fisk University while taking courses

and doing research at Vanderbilt University and California Institute of Technology

As a PhD candidate at Vanderbilt University,

I conducted research on the Holometer at Fermi National Laboratory

and the Kavli Institute of Cosmological Physics @ the University of Chicago

I moved to the California Institute of Technology as a LIGO postdoc

Now I am a post-doctoral Fellow at UC Santa Cruz and California Institute of Technology

Here are latest Research projects that I am up to

I like running in the mountains, swimming in the ocean, drinking tea, US women's soccer & laughing
