As a health technology copywriter, I was tasked to help design and brand the user interface of a visitor management system. The goal was to see how it could support the activities of the upcoming market research lab. As a result, I tried out a few mobile applications before deciding to use SwipedOn. I then tested out the visitor management system during a NOVA UX Meetup onsite event that the company sponsored. The meetup was the perfect opportunity to have participants sign in since the members were mostly user experience researchers and designers themselves.
