I have a passion for storytelling and I am skilled at bringing stories to life through video. I weave in key messages and new storytelling trends.
I recently produced explainer videos as part of an on-going client video series for Forethought Marketing. This involved writing the scripts, establishing a budget, drawing the storyboard, remotely hiring and managing a motion graphic artist and voiceover artist, and providing scratch audio. These motion graphic videos are intended for websites and social media platforms.
While working at AARP, I was sent to Chicago for the 2016 Livable Communities conference to conduct 16 on-camera interviews with industry experts and gather video related to different modes of transportation.
I have managed the production of several videos for AARP as part of their State Scale Up project. I managed budgets, remotely hired and managed production crews, led recurrent production meetings to discuss events and logistics for filming and to provide editorial feedback for producers and editors. In addition, I managed studio production schedules with editors and ensured all gear and video equipment were properly managed, maintained, returned, and replenished.
I also shoot video using my Canon EOS Rebel, edit video using Adobe Premiere and edit audio using Audacity. Plus, I create graphics using After Effects.
