GDPR is in force from 25 May 2018 and requires organisations to explain their privacy policy and how they deal with personal data that has been ascertained and retained during the course of their workIn the case of Bridgwater International the Nature of our work is Travel Agent. Although our business is very small and we only hold information temporarily in order to assist in the booking of flights and registration at hotels we have been compelled to register with ICO (ref A8338267) for £35 and to explain our privacy policy and the nature of how we may use that information.
