Meditation and Breathing - After School Club

Join me on Thursday afternoons (3:15-4:15) for Meditation and Breathing Club. We will be exploring techniques for reducing stress and improving our health and well being. All are welcome (grades 6-12)

We will begin our practice learning the basic physiology of the breath. Breathing helps to calm the mind and develop inner peace. As we progress, we will incorporate techniques for reducing distractions and allowing the mind to become clearer and more lucid.
