Data

Here you can find some data sets from my research. Some are replication files, others are larger data sets.  Much of this is repeated from the Research page, but it was getting lost among the article titles. Please cite the corresponding piece when using the data.

Insurgent Terrorism book replication data. Civilian targeting by rebel groups. Also outcomes like attacks on schools, journalists, and the general public.

This is the Big, Allied, and Dangerous II (BAAD2) Insurgency data with additional variables on the rebel groups as well as state-level variables. Dataset covers 140 rebel groups, 1998-2012. Stata dataset is here.  Do-file to replicate regression tables is here.
