Boundary Creek residents are making an effort to reduce the number of covenant infraction notices/maintenance reminders. Please review the following, as these are the most frequent infractions regarding the Boundary Creek 6th Covenants. Reducing the number of infraction notices reduces the amount of money needed to produce and send them.
- Antenna - Exterior antenna devices (satellite, radio & television) must be approved prior to install. A Right of Entry Form is required prior to any installation of cable or satellite systems. - Animal Fecal Matter - Leaving your animals feces in public places is against ordinance. No pets shall be allowed outside unattended. Tie out stakes are not allowed to be left in the yards. Chains or leashes cannot be wrapped around deck posts.
- Exterior Home Maintenance - Removal of debris, trash, mold, and garbage helps maintain the appearance of our Association.
- Grills - Grill need to be 10' away from the house when in use. Failure to adopt this practice could cost the Association the loss of insurance coverage.
- Large Item Pickup - Pickup of large items items or appliances must be arranged for and paid for separately to the refuse company, Allied Waste Services. Their phone # is 952.941.5174.
- Lawn Maintenance - Including shrubs & trees is included as part of the Association dues.
- Parking - Parking is allowed inside your garage or the two spaces immediately in front of your garage door. No parking is allowed in the turn around areas or along the ingress/egress drives. MGPD patrols our streets and, if needed, may tow any vehicle not fully in a driveway, or not allowing ease of access for emergency vehicles.
- Trash & Recycling Containers - Please make sure to put your trash and recycling containers inside of your house after pickup day.
- Snow Removal Guidelines - Snow plowing will occur if snowfall exceeds 1.5” and when snow drifts and the city plowing occur. Accumulation to be measured at the Association property on areas to be plowed.
