I am research fellow at the University of Geneva and Member of the UNESCO Chair in Hydropolitics. My fields of research are:

• political economy

• institutional & organisational analysis

• public policy & policy process

with special focus on the regulation of water utilities as well as on linkages between water security and water governance.

I am Co-Editor (with Christian Bréthaut) of the Palgrave Series in Water Governance: Policy and Practices.
