Nest Accessories for purchase on Google Store

Title: Nest Accessories Store

Roles: Project Manager

Project Type: E-commerce, online store, hardware sales (2018-08-28)

Description: This project enabled Nest (smart home) product owners to place orders for replacement component parts for their products. These items were not available separately before this project. Project required pitch to new projects approval board, as well as buy-in from Finance, Product, Logistics, and Support teams. Provided cost-benefit calculations, led project plan, all weekly meetings, and produced all required cross-functional assets for five products to go-live on the nest.com product store.
