Teaching

I have taught at the University of Illinois, Harvard Business School, and since 2013, at SSE. My courses include Corporate Finance (MBA, MSc), Restructuring (MBA) and Finance (EMBA). 

My executive education usually spans corporate governance, deals and M&A, credit market topics, valuation, banking and the intersection of law and finance.
