Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&AA): Some years ago The BMW Club became a Limited Company, the reason for this was to ensure those named as "Directors" (National Officers and National Committee Representatives) would not be financially responsible for any claims made against The BMW Club. As a Limited Company it is necessary to adopt the rules defined within the Companies Act and to follow other defined guidelines.
