Bookkeeping - The processing of financial data includes the recording of sales invoice, deposits from customers, cheques to suppliers, payrolls, reconciliation of bank accounts, tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparation of various government reports such as G.S.T., employee tax deductions, T4's and general compliance with governmental regulations.
Clients who wish to do their own bookkeeping rely on our experience in selecting the appropriate accounting software to meet their needs. We help them get started and provide training to fully utilize the software. We use state of the art computerized accounting programs such as: Quickbooks, Simply Accounting.
Clients who do not wish to do their own bookkeeping or that have decided on outsourcing their bookkeeping and accounting functions, rely on our services to provide accurate and timely information required to run successful businesses.
Accounting - The organization and interpretation of financial data includes the design of a chart of accounts, internal controls, preparation of periodic financial statements and detailed analysis of what it all means. In today’s fast paced business environment, it is critical for management to have relevant, accurate and timely information.
