Building hire for parties or regular bookings

Our headquarters is the perfect venue for, birthday parties, family get togethers, club or business meetings or community events.

It is located close to the centre of Consett, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

The building comprises of:

    • Main Hall: 12.5m x 8m
    • Second Hall: 10m x 7 m
    • Large kitchen with two cookers, fridge and zip boil.
    • Toilets including disabled facilities.
    • Grassed area to rear, suitable for BBQs, games and bouncy castles.
    • Seating for 100 and folding tables
    • Crockery for 100
    • Wifi throughout, white boards and projector and screen

In school term, the scout sections use the building most evenings Monday to Friday.

Hiring costs are:

    • £45 per session (£30 per group members / parents) for:
      • weekends (morning, afternoon or evening)
      • Weekday evenings during school holidays
    • £30 per morning or afternoon session on weekdays, or £10 per hour.
